Lietuvos partneris statusas Aprobuotas sritis Politika apibrėžtis Lietuvos Respublikoje įregistruotas juridinis asmuo, kuriam skirta Europos Sąjungos finansinė parama projektui įgyvendinti ir kuriam taikomos 2006 m. liepos 5 d. Europos Parlamento bei Tarybos reglamento (EB) Nr. 1080/2006 dėl Europos regioninės plėtros fondo ir panaikinančio Reglamentą (EB) Nr. 1783/1999 (OL 2006 L 210, p. 1) su paskutiniais pakeitimais, padarytais 2009 m. gegužės 6 d. Europos Parlamento ir Tarybos reglamentu (EB) Nr. 397/2009 (OL 2006 L 126, p. 3), 20 straipsnio nuostatos; Lietuvos Respublikoje įregistruotas juridinis asmuo, kuriam Europos Sąjungos finansinė parama skirta pagal sutartį su Lietuvos ir Lenkijos bendradarbiavimo per sieną programos Smulkiųjų projektų fondo projekto pagrindiniu partneriu ir (arba) šio projekto partneriu (t. y. smulkųjį projektą įgyvendinantis Lietuvos partneris); Lietuvoje Pietų Baltijos bendradarbiavimo per sieną programos informacinio biuro funkcijas atliekanti institucija. atitikmenys: angl.
